Matrix Telecom has a full-fledged Technical Support Center to provide immediate technical assistance to Matrix Channel Partners and customers in the installation, operation and maintenance of its products. The Technical Support Team comprises trained and efficient engineers who work in three groups: Call Centre, Technical Assistance, and Training.
The Support team provides prompt online and voice support to field engineers of channel partners and customers, aiming to respond and resolve all complaints within 24 hours. It undertakes visits to customer sites for resolving typical problems, generates FAQs based on the analysis of field problems and circulates them to the Channel.
The Training Group conducts technical training on newly launched products. It also analyses the technical skills of field engineers and conducts need-based training programs for them.
The Matrix Customer Care Cell, housed at the headquarters, responds to both customer enquiries and complaints by coordinating with the concerned departments. |
