Marketing Managers
With over 5 years of relevant experience, you would be working as a profit center responsible for the positioning, pricing and promotion of our product range. Apart from business development activities, you will also be required to take care of major accounts, corporate sales, and customer care. Independent thinking, excellent communication skills and readiness to travel extensively are the key competencies for the post. An MBA with electronics background will be preferred.

Purchase Managers
With over 5 years experience as a purchasing agent or officer, you will be required to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of the purchase department.

Product Design Analysts
With 5-6 years experience in designing telecom systems hardware and components, you should possess an expertise in designing of up/uc based circuits, digital and analog circuits, switching systems, VoIP/ISDN/EI circuit and CPLD/FPHGA using Verilog/VHDL. A degree in electronics is essential.

R&D Software Engineers
With 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, you must possess knowledge in embedded real time software development using C/C++ and assembly language, software development of telecom switch and networking devices employing RTOS. Linux, win2K, Unix, etc. and software development of CTI, ACD, UMS, etc. Knowledge of Telecom Protocols like TCP/IP, VoIP, H/323, H.248, SIP, ISDN, etc., would be an added advantage.

Technical Support Manager
With over 5 years of experience, you will be required to provide direction and guidance to the Technical Support Team. You will be responsible for adherence to technical support policies, product training and profitability of the department. You must also posses an ability to work with customers and independently resolve high priority and complex technical issues in a timely, friendly and professional manner. You must possess excellent communication skills.

Technical Support Engineers
With over 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing technical support to channel partners in areas like installation, programming, training, repairing, trouble shooting, etc. Fluency in English and willingness to travel are a must. Candidates with prior experience in technical support will be preferred.
